3. Pricing and Payment

Service Rates

• Prices are subject to change and may vary based on service complexity, time of day, and location
• Emergency services and after-hours calls may incur additional fees
• We provide free estimates before beginning work whenever possible
• Additional charges may apply for specialty services, parts, or travel beyond our standard service area

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of service
• We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards
• A service call fee may apply for diagnostic visits
• Cancellations within 30 minutes of scheduled arrival may incur a cancellation fee

4. Service Guarantees and Warranties

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

6. Proof of Ownership Requirements

We reserve the right to refuse service if adequate proof cannot be provided. In emergency situations, we may contact law enforcement to verify ownership.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for damage to locks or property if caused by previous damage or improper prior repairs
• Emergency lockout services may result in minor cosmetic damage to door frames or locks; we will make reasonable efforts to minimize damage

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations: Cancel at least 2 hours before scheduled service to avoid fees
• Refunds: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for unsatisfactory service
• Disputes: Contact us within 48 hours of service completion to address any concerns
• Completed Work: No refunds for completed services unless warranty applies
